Song: Over the Hills and Far Away
Tabbed by: Paul Hoskinson (banzai@v-wave.com)
Notes
------
This song is a good example of John Bonham's drumming,
and is very fun to play.
PS. If you can't read this tab, take some drum lessons.
Legend
-------
1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + (along top of measure)= Time
Also could be 1tl+tl2tl+tl etc for 16th note triplets
C = Crash Cymbal Line
H = Hi-Hat Line
T = Tom Line
S = Snare Line
B = Bass Drum Line
Crash Cymbal Line
1-3 = Crash Cymbals (1 = highest, 3 = lowest)
Hi-Hat Line
x = hit Hi-Hat while closed
o = open hi-hat, and hit it softly
h = open hi-hat, and hit it HARD
Warning: if there is more than one h or o in a row, hit the hi-hat
at the start and leave it open for the rest of the o's or h's
without hitting it. Also if you see an x then an o or an h right
after it (like in Part 3), that means you have to hit it twice
(once for the x and once for the o or h).
Drum Lines (Snare, Tom and Bass Drum)
o = Single Stroke
d = Double Stroke
1-3 = Toms (1 = highest, 3 = lowest)
